This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for Sondera purchase options, including Sondera+ Membership, recurring subscriptions, and any future purchase options we may offer.

This policy applies to purchases made through shopsondera.co.

Sondera sells:

  • Sondera+ Membership, a digital subscription used to access premium story content on the Sondera app
  • Physical products, including votive candles, wax melts, pillar candles, and bundles

Unless otherwise stated, physical products are one-time purchases and are not recurring subscriptions.


Sondera+ Membership

Sondera+ Membership is a recurring digital subscription.

Sondera+ may unlock premium episodes, member-only story content, deeper evidence reveals, new story releases, replayable content, or other digital features connected to the Sondera app.

Sondera+ Membership does not include physical products unless a product listing specifically says otherwise.

To access Sondera+ content, please use the same email address for Shopify checkout and the Sondera app.


Recurring Billing

By purchasing Sondera+ Membership, you authorize Sondera and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the price and billing interval shown at checkout.

Your subscription will continue until you cancel it or until Sondera ends, pauses, or otherwise modifies the subscription offering.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date.


How to Cancel Sondera+ Membership

You may cancel your Sondera+ Membership at any time.

To cancel, you may:

  • Use the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation, subscription email, customer account, or billing portal, if available
  • Contact us at info@shopsondera.co and request cancellation

When contacting us, please include:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The email address used in the Sondera app, if different
  • Your order number, if available

Please allow reasonable time for cancellation requests sent by email to be reviewed and processed.


Cancellation Timing

Canceling your Sondera+ Membership stops future billing.

To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, you should cancel before your next scheduled renewal date.

If you cancel after a renewal charge has already been processed, cancellation will apply to future billing periods and will not automatically refund the most recent charge.


Access After Cancellation

After canceling Sondera+ Membership, you may continue to have access to premium content until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

After your billing period ends, your access to premium episodes or member-only content may be paused, restricted, or removed.

Free episodes and free content may remain available separately through the Sondera app.


Refunds for Canceled Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund.

Sondera+ Membership provides digital access to premium story content. Because digital content may be available immediately after purchase, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

Refund requests may be reviewed case by case for situations such as:

  • Duplicate billing
  • Accidental purchase
  • Technical access issues
  • Billing error

Refund approval is not guaranteed.

If you are having trouble accessing Sondera+ content, please contact us before requesting a refund so we can help resolve the issue.


Access Issues

If you purchased Sondera+ but cannot access premium content, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at Shopify checkout
  • The email used in the Sondera app
  • A brief description of the issue

In many cases, access issues happen when the email used at checkout does not match the email used in the app.


Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, Sondera may attempt to charge your payment method again.

If payment cannot be completed, your Sondera+ Membership may be paused, restricted, or canceled.

You may need to update your payment method before access can continue.


Price or Membership Changes

Sondera may update membership pricing, billing terms, benefits, or included content in the future.

If we make a material change to your subscription price or terms, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

Your continued use of Sondera+ after a change takes effect may mean you accept the updated subscription terms.


Physical Product Order Cancellations

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy mainly applies to recurring digital subscriptions and purchase options.

Physical products, including votive candles, wax melts, pillar candles, and bundles, are generally one-time purchases.

If you need to cancel a physical product order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled.

Returns, refunds, damaged items, and shipping issues for physical products are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.


Mixed Orders

If your order includes both physical products and Sondera+ Membership:

  • Physical products follow our physical product order, shipping, return, and refund policies
  • Sondera+ Membership follows this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
  • Canceling Sondera+ does not cancel or return physical products
  • Returning physical products does not automatically cancel Sondera+ Membership

If you want to cancel both a physical order and a membership, please contact us clearly and include your order details.


No Transfer of Membership

Sondera+ Membership is connected to the email address used at checkout and/or the email used in the Sondera app.

Membership access may not be transferred, resold, shared, or assigned to another person without our written approval.
