Sondera is an interactive story brand.

Our story app at stories.shopsondera.co offers interactive mystery and suspense stories told through messages, choices, evidence, and narrative reveals.

Our Shopify store at shopsondera.co sells physical products and digital membership access, including:

Physical Product Notice

Candle and Wax Melt Safety Notice

Candles and wax melts must be used responsibly.

For candles:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, paper, bedding, and flammable materials.
  • Burn candles only on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Trim wicks as directed.
  • Do not burn candles longer than recommended.

  • Do not leave wax warmers unattended.
  • Keep melted wax away from children and pets.

Sondera is not responsible for damage, injury, allergic reaction, fire, burns, property damage, misuse, or unsafe use of candles, wax melts, warmers, or related products.

Fragrance and Allergy Notice

Sondera products may contain fragrance oils, essential oil components, waxes, dyes, botanicals, packaging materials, or other ingredients that may cause sensitivity in some individuals.

If you are sensitive to fragrance, have allergies, have asthma, are pregnant, have pets, or have medical concerns, please review product information carefully before use.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation, headache, respiratory discomfort, skin reaction, or any adverse reaction occurs.

Heat-Sensitive Product Notice

Candles and wax melts are heat-sensitive.

During warm weather or transit, products may soften, sweat, melt, shift, or experience cosmetic changes. This may not affect product use.

Sondera is not responsible for heat damage that occurs after delivery, including products left outside, in mailboxes, in cars, in direct sunlight, on porches, or in hot indoor areas.

If your item arrives severely melted or unusable, please contact us according to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Fictional Content Notice

Sondera stories are fictional and created for entertainment purposes.

Any resemblance to real people, places, accounts, conversations, messages, relationships, events, or situations is coincidental unless otherwise stated.
