How can I shop?
Browse by product category, explore the newest arrivals, or choose a design collection. A design collection brings together products featuring the same artwork or visual world.
Are products made to order?
Many products are produced after an order is placed through our production partners. Check each product page for its materials, dimensions, and available options.
How long does handling take?
Handling takes 3–5 business days after your order is placed. This includes order approval, processing, and production before your package is handed to the carrier. Carrier transit is additional. See our Shipping Policy and checkout for shipping information.
Will every item arrive together?
Not always. Items may be produced at different facilities and can arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many items are made to order, change-of-mind returns may not be available. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Review our Refund Policy for full terms.
What is Sondera One?
Sondera One is a custom one-of-one design service. Design projects begin at $149, and the selected physical piece is priced separately.
