Every design project starts with a blank canvas.
Your references become the starting point for an original Sondera composition created for you alone.
Once your final design is approved, Sondera will never sell, license, reuse, or place that exact design into another capsule.
ORIGINAL SONDERA DESIGN
“Never repeated” means the exact approved design is not sold to another customer or reused in a future capsule. It does not make the physical blank, general colors, artistic techniques, or Sondera’s broader creative methods exclusive.
Design exclusivity and copyright ownership are separate. Unless separate written rights are granted, your project includes exclusivity for the exact completed design—not an automatic transfer of copyright.

REVIEW
Sondera reviews each application individually, typically within 1–2 business days. Applying does not guarantee acceptance or create a payment obligation.

PROJECT DETAILS
If your project is accepted, Sondera confirms your selected piece, current availability, physical-piece price, design fee, and next steps.

RESERVE
Choose whether to proceed, then pay the $75 reservation deposit. It is credited toward the design fee.

DESIGN
Receive your first original design direction, typically within 3–5 business days after reservation.

REFINE
One minor revision is included: a focused adjustment to the approved direction, not a new concept or project brief.

APPROVE
Review the final design and product mockup before the physical piece is ordered for production.

PRODUCTION + DELIVERY
After final approval and remaining payment, your selected piece is produced and shipped. The exact design is then retired from future sale or reuse.

The design fee covers the creation of your one-of-one Sondera design. Your selected physical piece is priced separately.
If your application is accepted, you receive the confirmed project details—including your selected piece, current availability, physical-piece price, and design fee—before choosing whether to proceed.
A $75 reservation deposit then secures the project and is credited toward the design fee. It is not an additional fee beyond the design fee.

ONE MINOR REVISION INCLUDED. A minor revision adjusts the approved direction. It does not include starting over with a new concept, changing to an entirely different creative direction, replacing the original brief, or combining multiple separate rounds of changes. Additional revision rounds are $25 each.

IS THIS THE SAME AS PERSONALIZATION?
No. Sondera creates an original composition rather than adding text or names to an existing template.
WHAT DOES THE $149 INCLUDE?
The starting design fee covers one original Sondera design direction, one minor revision, a final product mockup, and exclusivity for the exact approved design. The physical piece is priced separately.
WHAT DOES THE $75 RESERVATION DEPOSIT DO?

WHAT IF MY SELECTED PIECE IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE?
Sondera confirms current availability and price before you choose whether to reserve the project. You may discuss another available piece before making a payment.
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE PIECE WITH MY DESIGN?
Yes, subject to current availability and separate pricing. Your exact design remains yours alone, but exclusivity does not limit you to one physical object. Future product availability and pricing may change.
WILL MY DESIGN BE SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE?
No. Sondera will not sell or reuse your exact approved design for another customer or future capsule.
WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT?
Design exclusivity does not automatically transfer copyright ownership. Any copyright transfer or additional usage rights require a separate written agreement.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
The overall project journey is estimated at approximately 2–3 weeks and may vary with feedback, approval, production, and shipping. The timeline pauses while Sondera waits for your response, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
CAN YOU COPY A DESIGN I FOUND ONLINE?
No. References may inform an original Sondera direction but protected artwork, characters, logos, patterns, graphics, or another designer’s work will not be reproduced.
